I can’t hear you,
I can no longer see you.
Where are you?
Why are you not here? 
I can’t find the words to write
To show the love, the strength and the might. 

You gave me love, life and bliss
You’re my dearest mommy
And it is you we will miss 
Life does carry on
But no longer will we hear your song

I tremble and shake as I stand here today
Looking at you so lifeless, it makes me anxious 
I  only wish it could be any other way
Mom you were a woman so grand
You stood so tall, your proud ness would expand. 

You loved your dear Emma
She gave you hope and happiness
That little girl took away all your sadness. 
You were a wife for 32 years
A husband you loved so dearly sits here in tears. 
We know you are at rest now, we miss you mammie!

As we continue day to day
Life will never be the same, its this that I pray. 
In our heart you do remain, you were beautiful.
An amazing woman we will never forget.

Dearest mom, wife and Ouma. We love you and wish you peace.
For on this path we know you will never cease. 
We carry you high, on the highest regard
For there was no one you would ever debarred

So rest in peace, our beloved mom
We wish you all the best and we will be strong.
We will meet you one day,
So wait there ok? 

It is with this leave you but never forget
The wonderful woman we all have met. 
Celebrate her life and joy
It’s what she would have wanted
No question about that, no doubt 

So lets praise the wonderful woman we have come to loose
For it was meant to be, she has paid her dues.
Lets stand tall like she is here today
We might no see her but she is listening in her way!
